“What Adoption Means to Me”
Foster Care Children Create Art Exhibit in Hopes of Finding a Forever Family
On Thursday, May 3rd, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Absolute Gallery, children who are available for adoption will share their artwork with the community. Each piece was personally created by the children, keeping in mind the theme- “What Adoption Means to Me.” The young artists will be telling their story through their pieces in hopes of finding a forever home. The children will be present during this event and will engage the audience in speeches and performances. Please come and show your support for our kids in care. The exhibit offers the Lansing community an opportunity to understand the growing need for adoptive families. St. Vincent Catholic Charities believes that every child deserves a good home. Your support will help us recruit families who will share unconditional love with the children we serve.
