The Barbara Perrin Glaucoma Fund is Managed through the Lions of Michigan Foundation

To streamline services to customers and reduce duplication of services in the community, the Barbara Perrin Glaucoma Fund is now managed through the Lions of Michigan Foundation.

Medical Eye Care Assistance through the Barbara Perrin Glaucoma Fund: Through community funding of the Barbara Perrin Glaucoma Fund assistance is given to children and adults living in our community, without the financial capability, to retain medical eye care assistance.  Eye care assistance may be obtained for glaucoma, vision correction materials and more.  Helping those in need retain vision supports, independence and enhancements in quality of life.

    • After you have reviewed your case with Chad McCann and it is determined you may be eligible for assistance you will fill out an application.
    • Following the application process, if approved, the members of Lions of Michigan Foundation work to ensure your doctor receives the approved funding.
