2008 Volunteers
Time, Talent and Treasure
Thank you to all families, individuals, groups, organizations and businesses who donated their time, talent and/or treasure during the 2008 year.
We want to share the warmth your gifts brought to so many; Children we serve had a mentor/tutor to help with school work and, more importantly, lend a listening ear; refugees and local homeless in need were welcomed to a new home ready for them to rest their heads and cook a meal; parents found support from a new friend during difficult times of hardship, and staff with heavy loads were given the support needed so their time could be spent providing direct service care to those in need. There are numerous more ways that you have all helped to serve. Thank you for investing in the human potential.
